Public Country by Country Report (on income tax information)

Introduction

We hereby provide a summary of our Country-by-Country Report (CBCR) data aligned to the requirements of the EU's Public CBCR Directive 2013/34/EU. Our CBCR has been prepared using the IFRS consolidated data used to prepare the Group's Financial Statements included in the Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2025. The numbers are reported in GBP, the functional currency of the Group. The figures are presented as a sum of the aggregated data and include intra-group transactions which get eliminated in the Group's consolidated Financial Statements, hence the CBCR data could appear different from what is reported in the Annual Report. Employees are reported on a year-end FTE basis. During the year, the Group disposed of a business in France, Gremtek SAS and a business in Austria, Kubo Tech GmbH. During the year, the Group acquired Electramed Limited, a business based in Ireland and Haagenson A/S a business based in Denmark.
